Vimmersa vs CloudPano

The CloudPano alternative for renders and off-plan

CloudPano is built around 360° photo tours. Vimmersa adds animated panoramas, splats and 3D, AI clean-up and white-label links — and works from your renders, so off-plan projects are first-class.

Why teams switch

Offline without hosting it yourself

Switch on Offline and the tour downloads into the browser — including the Meta Quest browser. No zip to unpack, no local web server to run, no app to install. Covers the 360° panoramas, hotspot navigation, floor plans, 2D views and nadir patches.

From renders and 360°

Publish tours from renders and panoramas — including off-plan projects that are not built yet.

Animated panoramas

Motion inside a 360° scene, not just static stitched photos.

Gaussian splats + glTF

Photoreal splats and 3D models alongside your panoramas.

AI nadir & retouch

Automatic tripod/nadir patching and clean-up, built in.

White-label & embed

Your branding, your domain — included, not an upsell.

Questions

Is Vimmersa a CloudPano alternative?

Yes. CloudPano is a 360° virtual-tour tool aimed largely at real-estate photography. Vimmersa covers 360° tours and adds animated panoramas, Gaussian splats and 3D, AI nadir clean-up and white-label links — working from renders as well as photos.

Can I present projects before they are built?

Yes. Because Vimmersa works from renders and 3D, off-plan and unbuilt developments are a core use case, not an afterthought.

Do clients need to install anything?

No. Tours open as a single browser link on any device and can be embedded and white-labelled.

How is offline different from CloudPano’s tour download?

CloudPano can export a tour as a zip archive, but you then have to host those files — its own guidance is to run them from a local or remote web server, which is a technical step and not something a client can do on a headset. In Vimmersa you switch on the Offline toggle while you still have Wi-Fi and the tour downloads into that browser, including the Meta Quest browser, so the same device presents it with no connection and no app. The offline download covers the 360° panoramas, hotspot navigation, floor plans, 2D views and nadir patches; animated panoramas, retouches, snapshots, 360° spins, masterplans, 3D models and Gaussian splats need a connection.
