Vimmersa vs Pano2VR
A Pano2VR alternative without the export step
Pano2VR gives you a desktop editor and full control of the HTML it exports. Vimmersa skips the export: you build in the browser, and the tour is already online, on your domain if you like.
What Vimmersa does differently
Publish is instant
There is no output folder to upload or CMS plugin to update — every change is live on the same link.
Edit from anywhere
Build and change tours in the browser on any computer, with teammates on the same project.
Offline from the same link
Switch on Offline and the tour downloads into the browser on a laptop, phone or Meta Quest.
Lead forms and analytics
Premium adds a contact form with lead email and webhook, plus per-link view analytics.
AI tools built in
Nadir patching, retouch and clean-up, and animated panoramas from a still image.
EU-operated
Run from Warsaw, Poland, on servers in Germany.

What Vimmersa does not do
No self-hosted export
You cannot download a tour as an HTML folder to run on your own server; tours are hosted by Vimmersa (or on your domain through it).
Custom look, not a custom skin
You set the panels' colours, transparency, borders, corners and spacing, your logo and domain; you cannot redesign the controls themselves.
Offline covers 360° content only
3D models, Gaussian splats and animated panoramas need a connection.
No perpetual licence
Vimmersa is a subscription with a free tier; there is no pay-once option.
Questions
Is Vimmersa a Pano2VR alternative?
Yes, if you want hosting and editing in the browser rather than exporting HTML from a desktop app. If you need the output files on your own server, Pano2VR fits better today.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. On Premium a tour opens on your own domain after a DNS check, and links can be white-labelled.
Do I lose my tours if I stop paying?
No. Published tours stay online on the Free plan; Free limits the number of active projects and panoramas, and editing may pause after 30 days without signing in.
Publish your next tour without an export
Free to start. The link is live as you build.
