What is a virtual tour creator?
A virtual tour creator turns a set of 360° images into a space someone can walk through in a browser — looking around each scene and clicking to move to the next one. Vimmersa adds the parts a still panorama cannot carry on its own: hotspots, floorplans, 3D models, live presenting and an embeddable link.
Do I need a 360° camera?
No. You can capture a full panorama by spinning your phone in place with our browser capture tool, or build the whole tour from architectural renders — useful for projects that have not been built yet. A 360° camera works too, and Insta360 dual-fisheye DNG files convert on upload.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. You can upload and build a tour as a guest, and it stays available for 24 hours on its own link. Signing up is free and keeps the project permanently in your account.
Can I embed the tour on my own website?
Yes. Every published tour has a public link and an iframe embed, plus a QR code for print. White-label branding and custom domains are available on paid plans.
Which image formats can I upload?
Equirectangular JPG and PNG are the common case, and cubemap, stereo over-under, side-by-side, fisheye and cylindrical layouts are detected automatically. You can also drop in GLB, glTF, FBX and USD models alongside the panoramas.
